A ground floor, rear, addition and alterations project. Bringing an abundance of light and space into the home, creating a greater sense of space and usability, with a minimal increase to the building footprint.

Lane Cove
The existing site has a substantial fall, with a rock face directly behind the existing brick home. The existing, rear room was replaced with a double height, glazed transition space, linking to the split level additions and alterations to the rear, which are sensitive to the environment, whilst offering substantial additional space, both upwards and outwards.

A second storey addition, ground floor alterations and the addition of two decks, maximising use of the building footprint.
